CEAF founded by Mr. Kong Vorn

The main factor that motivates me, KONG VORN, to establish this Cambodia Education Assistance Fund (CEAF), because back in 1991, I saw students at a primary school at the rural area of Preah Sdach district sitting directly on the ground to study while their classroom did not have the walls and the roof did not have a roofing tile and class materials available were only 10 tables and chairs.
